By using arch-s.com you agree to these terms. They apply to the website, newsletter, test, cabin plan sets, and the ARCH-S studio service offerings.

Plan sets

Cabin plan sets are licensed for a single build at the address you provide unless a multi-build license is purchased. You may adapt the plans freely; you may not redistribute or resell the plan files.

Permitting and engineering

Plans are climate-adaptable but not pre-engineered for any single jurisdiction. A local architect or engineer of record must stamp the drawings for permitting.

Refunds

Plan sets are digital and final-sale once delivered. If files do not arrive or do not match the published spec, we will resend or refund.

Liability

We are not liable for site-specific decisions made by your contractor, engineer, or local authorities. The plan set is a design document, not a construction warranty.
