Built around one
kind of mind.

The Skylight Cabin is built for a mind that needs information. A curved plan keeps the eye moving. A double-height living room gives one room the feeling of two. A skylight pulls the changing weather inside as the day passes.

Vertical move: a sculptural stair into a writing or sleeping loft. A second register of light, a second room of mind, inside the same envelope.

Tall openings frame vegetation. The materials mix warm oak with one cooler steel detail. Music breathes here without bouncing.

What exactly do I receive?
A full digital plan set (PDF + DWG) covering plans, sections, elevations, construction details, schedules, and a materials specification. Plus a 30-minute call to adapt it to your site.
Can I build this anywhere?
The plans are climate-adaptable but not pre-engineered for any single jurisdiction. A local architect or engineer of record will stamp the drawings for permitting in your area.
Can I make changes?
Yes. Adapt freely. The 30-minute call covers the most common adaptations. For deeper changes, the studio offers a paid revision service.
Refund policy?
Plan sets are digital and final-sale once delivered. If the file does not arrive, we will resend it. If it does not match the published spec, we will refund you.
Is the price per build, or per site?
The plan set licenses one build. Multi-build licenses are available. Email the studio.
